Good content, no reliable way to deliver it.
UNICEF Kenya had an excellent library of curriculum-aligned learning materials — but no scalable way to get them to teachers and learners in Turkana and Kilifi counties, where internet connectivity is intermittent at best.
Existing commercial LMS platforms were built for corporate environments — heavy, expensive, and entirely dependent on a stable connection. They needed something built specifically for the realities of rural Kenya.
A lightweight LMS built for low-connectivity classrooms.
Sani Solutions designed and built a custom Progressive Web App (PWA) that teachers could download once and use entirely offline. Lesson materials, videos, assessments, and progress tracking all worked without internet.
We also built an admin dashboard allowing UNICEF staff to push content updates via synchronisation whenever a device reconnected to wifi — and trained 60 teachers across 12 schools on day-one use.
A platform that works wherever learners are.
